As part of the North-South Express multimodal route, in cooperation with LTG Cargo, LTG Cargo Polska and MOSTYSKA DRY PORT transportation along the Klaipeda - Kaunas - Kyiv route was successfully carried out

As part of the new service for all transport market participants in the transportation market, based in countries with a 1520 mm railway gauge, to ensure stable transportation connections and uninterrupted long-distance cargo delivery, including heavyweight items, NSExpress operators sent a test trip on the route Klaipeda - Kaunas - Kyiv wagon with semitrailers loaded with raw materials.

At the crossing-border point "Medyka" (Poland) - "Mostyska" (Ukraine), semitrailers with raw material were overloaded from european narrow-gauge platforms to ukrainian wide-gauge platforms at the Mostyska Container Terminal and transported by Ukrzaliznytsia to the "Lisky" TSC terminal in Kyiv. Overloading was performed by operator SunSmart technical specialists and MOSTYSKA DRY PORT technical specialists.

All technological processes were worked out along the route of the intermodal train, unloading and loading operations were performed with the Kalmar Reach Stacker , and the test trip of the intermodal train lasted 9 days.

With the return route in the export connection, semitrailers were successfully sent with overloading through the Mostyska Container Terminal.
